CMD debugger for windows 7 64bit

It appears that microsoft has decided to abandon support for the debug.exe utility, which I have used for quite a while. As a result, it is unavailable on windows 7, even though it was available on vista.
I recently changed my computer to windows 7 with 64-bit, so I tried copying the file from another computer but it won't work due to 64-bit compatibility issues.
If anyone has a 64-bit system with windows vista or earlier, it might have a version of the executable for 64-bit. It is located in Windows\System32\debug.exe. Does anyone have such a version?
---------------------------------- Have you heard about the new Cray super computer? It’s so fast, it executes an infinite loop in 6 seconds.

Support for 16-bit code (include debug.exe) has been dropped from windows 7 64bit edition. if you have the pro/enterprise/ultimate edition of win7 you can use xp mode. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_XP_Mode#Windows_XP_Mode
